Two Great Family Fun Holiday Events in Hanover NH

There's nothing quite like the joyous feeling in the air and the glistening snow on the ground as the holiday season approaches in the Upper Valley.  This season experience two family holiday events in Hanover NH that will fill everyone with the holiday spirit.  Gather up the kids and get ready to have some fun.

November 25th through December 3rd, 2011
Win a $100 US Savings Bond
Open to grades 1-6

The Hanover Inn Gingerbread House will be on display in the lobby of the Hanover Inn where students are encouraged to stop by and write a story about the house.  Stories can be dropped off at the front desk at the Hanover Inn or mailed to PO BOX 151, Hanover, NH 03755 by noon on December 3rd, 2011.  Please include your name, age and grade on your story.  An address or phone number will be required to notify the winners!

Downtown Hanover

Come out and kick off the holiday season in Downtown Hanover.  Enjoy live performances from local artists, take a horse drawn wagon ride, meet Santa and watch as the Dartmouth Christmas Tree is lit up!

Good Luck to all those entering the Gingerbread Writing Contest!  The Hanover Inn at Dartmouth College hopes everyone enjoys the holiday events in Hanover, NH this year!
